International orders:
Please order through our online store. Payment has to be made by PayPal or creditcard during checkout. We will then in return send an order-confirmation. In this confirmation we note an estimated shipment date as "Scheduled Date". However the actual shipment may differ from this date by a few weeks.

EU orders:
Postage for orders inside the EU is € 10. We ship free of charge if plant value exceeds € 250. Alternatively we offer shipping by UPS which is quicker, better and safer for € 20.

USA orders:
Postage for orders to the USA is € 30 including all paperwork and handling through our US distributer and € 40 if overnight delivery within the US is chosen. We offer the standard shipping free of charge if plant value exceeds € 250 and overnight shipping for a reduced price of € 20.
You do not need to care for import documents as we will send all plants to the US via a distributor. In the past often problems arose from damaged plants and delays due to slow mail processing in the US customs offices.

Canada orders:
We do ship to Canada, however the seller has to provide an import permit. For larger orders we recommend airfreight or UPS.

Overseas orders (non USA) and other countries that require a phytosanitary certificate:
We charge € 30 for shipping (including € 15 we have to pay for the phytosanitary certificates incl. CITES if necessary and € 15 for postage). We ship free of charge if plant value exceeds € 250.

Payment:
Payment by credit card (MasterCard and VISA are accepted) or PayPal is easiest and prefered. Our shopping cart accepts both. If both is not possible, please contact us for alternative ways to wire payment. We do not accept any money sent either cash or by Western Union.

Order-cancellations and changes:
Any cancellation or change of an order to be shipped abroad needs to be done no later than 2 weeks in advance of scheduled shipping. We do not accept cancellations or changes after we have applied for export documents, such as CITES or phytosanitary certificates.

We guarantee for healthy arrival of plants shipped within the EU, Switzerland, Japan, USA and Canada (for Canada we need your import permit).
Should any plants shipped to these Countries arrive in a bad state, please contact us immediately on arrival and we will either replace the plants or refund them. We reserve the right to ask back the damaged plants for inspection before shipping replacements.
We can ship to most other countries but the importer has to take full care and responsibility of the import process. If any special documents or treatments are needed you have to contact us well in advance of shipping and inform us. As we have little or no experience, shipping to countries not mentioned above we cannot cover any losses.
Shipments of plants to Australia and New Zealand are complicated due to quarantene regulations of these countries. The importer has to take care of the import process. We cannot cover any losses happening during quarantene.

All plants are shipped bare root if not mentioned otherwise.
